What is it?
Refurbished furniture is second-hand furniture made to look new again. This can mean refinishing, reupholstering, repainting, staining, or removing/adding sections.
Have you wanted to start a DIY but don’t know what you need? Have you been in the DIY field a long time and want to try something new? Here you’ll find all my links to affordable supplies and “how-to” tutorials.

My Story
So glad you’re here! My name is Grace – I’m the creator and owner behind A Touch of Grace.
I began my passion for the refurbishing niche in 2020 after redesigning a meaningful sign. As I gained confidence in my DIY skills, I quit my daily teaching job and moved on to give larger furniture pieces new life and new function. Being a furniture flipper has allowed me to be a full-time mommy and begin developing a Special Education program at a private school. Repurposing is so much more than just a job to me; it refocuses and reminds me what true grace is about.
Teaching is engraved in my soul; whether it’s kids with needs or showing you how to DIY. I hope you follow along with me for incredible furniture projects and laugh with me as I learn to juggle our chaotic life!
